Well, sometimes chickens need a trim too. One group of 200 Birds kept flying up into the oak trees that were around their pen. Problem was when they came down they landed on the wrong side of their fencing. Lots of predators on the outside. So today we trimmed a few feathers off of their right wings. They don't look any different, just minus a few primary feather tips. The total of all looks like something bad happened!
